This exercise program is for a more generalised group of participants and incorporates low impact, simple movement, imagination and relaxation.
This program includes breathing exercises which helps to improve circulation and general well being. Used on a regular basis the muscle tone will improve and with that confidence and self esteem.
As the initiative for falls prevention gathers momentum gentle exercise programs for those who are not capable of getting out and walking, participating in sports and other activities are the groups most in need.
Tools like this CD will fill the gap for those members of our community and also to assist those who care for them. This CD runs for 24 minutes and includes time to set up and finishes with contemplation time.
